Selection Process For Technical Roles

Our aptitude tests are designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of a candidate's technical proficiency. By combining rigorous engineering and technical questions with aptitude measures, we aim to assess a candidate's overall suitability for the role.

This 3-day intensive programme assesses your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and practical proficiency through a series of tests, workshops, and hands-on activities. We roll out internship offer letters to selected candidates.

This weeklong workshop prepares you for our actual work environment and equips you with the behavioural skills, physical fitness, and mental resilience needed to excel.

Once selected, you undergo an evaluated internship basis which you are confirmed as a Graduate Engineering Trainee.
