- Partnered with Qualcomm to manufacture Qualcomm Automotive Modules in India.

- Signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ASML to advance the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem in India.

-  Acquisition of a majority stake in Pegatron Technology India Private Limited for the Electronics Manufacturing Services division.

-  Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Himax Technologies and PSMC for revolutionising India’s display and ultralow power AI sensing product and technology ecosystem.

-  Signed Fiscal Support Agreement with India Semiconductor Mission for India's first commercial semiconductor Fab in Dholera, Gujarat.

-  Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Bharat Electronics Limited to mutually advance the development of indigenous electronics and semiconductor solutions and explore end-to-end solutions to meet domestic requirements.

-  Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Robert Bosch GmBH to collaborate on chip packaging and manufacturing at upcoming OSAT in Assam and foundry in Gujarat, and identifying and pursuing local projects within Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) for vehicle electronics.

-  Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Merck to jointly develop capabilities in semiconductor materials, semiconductor fabrication infrastructure, and specialty chemical and gas distribution in India.

-   Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), a premier R&D organisation of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), to advance the development of indigenous electronics and semiconductor solutions, including the Design IP ecosystem.

-  Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Intel to establish silicon and compute ecosystem in India.

-  Formed strategic partnership with ROHM to bring innovation through manufacturing collaboration and business partnership in India.

-  Government of India approves proposal from Tata Electronics to set up a semiconductor Fab at Dholera, Gujarat, and an indigenous semiconductor assembly and test facility at Jagiroad, Assam.

-  Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi lays the Foundation stone for the semiconductor Fab at Dholera, Gujarat, and the semiconductor assembly and test facility at Jagiroad, Assam. 

-  Acquisition of Wistron’s India operations for the Electronics Manufacturing Services operation.  New entity rebranded as Tata Electronics Systems Solutions (TESS). 

-  Tata Electronics and Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC) complete the definitive agreement towards setting up a semiconductor Fab in Dholera, Gujarat.

-  Strategic partnerships with global organisations such as Analog Devices, Synopsys, Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL), and ASMPT towards advancing the semiconductor ecosystem in India.
